USA Shipping

FREE USPS Ground Advantage Shipping  on orders of $50 or more plus FREE Priority USPS Shipping on orders $100 & up 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS in a discreet and professional manner. 

Under normal circumstances it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Whenever possible we ship same or next day after the order is received. On average it takes 2-7 days after the order is placed for a customer to receive it. 

Email confirmation with tracking number are sent when the order ships. 

If an item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason we will notify you.

We can ship most products to nearly any address in the USA including Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories. While Hemp is federally legal please check with your state laws prior to ordering. Note that there are restrictions on certain products.

Flower orders are carefully packed in a plant-based, bio-compostable package which is labeled with cultivar name and lab result info. Certificate of Analysis (Pre &/Or Post Harvest) and Notice To Authorites (NTA) included whenever possible. 

Our return address is listed as H B (no mention of hemp or CBD anywhere on outside of box). Sent via USPS in a plain brown box. 

 

  USPS Tracking FAQ - The Basics   

  •  IMPORTANT: Please do not contact us regarding package location unless you have waited at least 7 days after the package was received by the USPS (click the Tracking FAQ link above).
  • If your package has not arrived within 7 days of USPS receiving it please contact your local post office first and ask them to trace it and/or follow the instructions listed here

Did you know that traditional plastic bags can last up to 1,000 years and longer before they fully biodegrade - if ever at all? Additionally, plasticizers or other additives that may be in certain plastics may be transferred to the flower contained in them. Therefore we at H E M P B E S T are engaged in an ongoing commitment and effort to package our products in toxin free, all natural and compostable packaging. We also use eco shipping products that are recycled/recyclable, re-used and/or plant based bio-compostable.

 Here are some examples of the things we use to pack and send your shipments:
